I'll do all the leg work once you have given me an idea of what you are looking for. Receiving a customized, handcrafted product is worth it. I have found it simple to do this via. email. I will use acrobat to send estimates & proofs of any text w/jpegs or links to show you options. For custom invite orders (w/a deposit) you will also receive a mock-up via. snail-mail before you approve your final project design, text or pay in full. I work from my home studio in Seattle where you are welcome to meet*; in N Seattle (98133) off 99 & 125th. I have the luxury of a flexible schedule so am able to work around your commitments & can be available anytime. This is by appointment only*, otherwise you might catch me in what I like to refer to as Pippi Longstocking inspired outfits. *In-person appointments are for custom invitations & projects ($1000.00 minimum on custom orders; you will receive an estimate prior to hire.) Custom book orders & ready-made items are coordinated via. email. All projects require full-payment, prior to full-production & are snail-mailed via. UPS (w/tracking digits), upon completion (no pick-ups). |

If an item is ready-made yet, you would like to use an alternate payment option other than Paypal. I will hold it for you, provide an invoice, then mail it out; once full payment has been received. To begin a custom book (min. $100.00) or custom invite (min. $1000.00) order simply send me a descriptive email about the project, w/your contact information. I will provide all the up-front information you may need. Typically for custom invitations or custom projects orders, if you are local; we will schedule to meet & go from there. $1000.00 minimum on custom orders; you will receive an estimate prior to hire. If it is a custom book order, ready-made item or we work 100% via. email; after you approve an estimate, I require a min. deposit to begin (for mock-ups or proofs, based on estimated formatting fees) then complete payment (including shipping costs) prior to full-production & delivery. |

You will be contacted via. email promptly after your order has been received with timeline & any details. In general...if the item is complete, it will be mailed within a few days. If it needs to be made, depending on the project, allow up to 4 wks. for production & delivery from date balance is pd. or final production approval has been given. Packaged & shipped via. UPS GROUND which includes tracking digits and automatic insurance on packages valued under $100.* Please notify frenettik if you would like any additional pd. services that the UPS offers and a customized invoice will be provided. This can be done before ordering online, as one invoice or I can create an "extras' invoice, to be pd. separately, if you have already gone through the automated check-out via. Paypal. *frenettik will not be held responsible for shipping errors, lost packages, damage, time etc...once out of my hands or control. I include the client's phone number on the package and use UPS to ensure an accurate delivery. Insurance claims must be made directly w/UPS aka not frenettik. Alternate

| The automated check-out will allow international orders, using the same flat rate shipping fees for within the USA, shown above. frenettik reserves the right to choose the carrier either USPS global priority, or UPS and send an "extras" invoice to be sure all the international shipping is pd. for by the client.* Simpler, send an email with what you would like to order including the shipping name & address. I will figure the postage rates & handling fees (along with any additional pd. services you request) & create a customized invoice for you to approve. Once the invoice is approved the easiest form of payment would be for me to email an electronic invoice via. Paypal. You would be able to use a credit card & they will convert the funds (I pay the fees). Some countries are not serviced via. Paypal & thus far the only way I have found to receive those international funds is via. a wire transfer to my bank account. Wire transfers cost an additional $35.00 (cuz that's what the bank charges) & requires a bit of paperwork on your end (possibly fees from your bank too).
